OneDigitalscales.com gives a 30 day money back guarantee on all products sold, whether it is opened or not (less our cost of shipping). The guarantee begins on the date the tracking information says the order was delivered. After 30 days, no credits will be issued.
A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before the product is returned to us. Please call 1-800-620-7811 for instructions on how to obtain a RMA. Any product received without a RMA will be returned to the customer. The cost and method of shipping the product back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend a track-able form of shipping to guarantee your package arrives to us. If a package is sent without proof of delivery, Upgrade Computer Memory is not responsible for proving receipt of the package.

OUR RETURN POLICY All products are direct from the manufacturer and are new and unused unless otherwise stated in the auction. All new products are tested in perfect working condition before they are shipped so there should be no problem with the functionality of a product.
However, if you receive a wrong or defective item please email us within 7 days from the date you received the product and we will do our best to resolve the situation. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so we will usually replace the item or refund your money.
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packaging materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any kind. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer with out exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Masterline Group.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please use the most convenient means of shipping and insurance is recommended.
CREDITS:
Credits are applied to the credit card that was used at the time of the original transaction. Pay Pal orders will be refunded to the original account used (less our cost of shipping), and all of Pay Pal's fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders paid by Cashiers Checks or Money Orders will be refunded by check issued by Masterline Group (less our cost of shipping).
Even though we currently have "free shipping" available to our customers, it still costs us to ship the product to you. Your credit will be applied less our original cost of shipping. These rates can be found under Shipping Methods/Rates. If the customer paid for shipping, the credit will be less the original cost of shipping.
