Shipping:
What are the shipping charges for a product?
» The shipping/handling charges for each product should be calculated by the "shipping calculator" on each product page. The s/h charge will also be clearly stated in your basket and shown right before you check out.

Do you offer combined shipping costs when I buy more than one item?
» We don't combine shipping in our e-commerce checkout platform.

Can we rush an order for overnight delivery?
»  Yes, but not through our standard checkout process. You will have to call in and speak with someone to get a shipping quote.

How long will it take to ship my item once you receive payment?
» Payments will usually be processed the same day. If the item is in stock, it should ship within 24-48

Will you ship to an address other than Mine?
» Yes, when ordering online you can fill in another address that is different from the billing address.

Can you ship our product(s) on our shipping account?
» We will ship your product(s) the way that we deem necessary. For volume purchases, we are open to shipping on the customer's account but there will be a small handling fee assessed at the time of purchase.

Will you ship outside the United States? How do I receive an international shipping quotation?
» Yes, we will ship outside of the US but only to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and China. Please email us the products and quantity for an international shipping quotation

Can you send me a tracking number so I can check on the status of my item?
» Most items will be then be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number so your item(s) will arrive within a timely manner. Tracking information will be emailed to you immediately when it becomes available.
Please do not request a method of shipment, as our warehouse will always try to designate the most efficient method of delivery.


Do you schedule pickups?
» No, usually don't do pickups. There are, however, special circumstances and large items that may be picked up.  If you need to arrange a pickup, you must pay for the item along with a handling surcharge (starting at $5.00 and up) and then we can try to schedule a pickup.

Payment:
What type of payment do you accept and how can I pay?
» Through our website and over the phone, we accept all major credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and discovery. You can also pay using money order, certified cashiers checks, and company checks - but please allow up to 7 business days for these payments to clear.  We also accept payment from Paypal accounts.

After I make a credit card purchase how will my monthly statement reflect the charge?
» Your monthly statement will show a charge from "Masterline Group".  Even though you have purchased from another company name (ie. One Digital Scales) the charge will still read Masterline Group.  Please recognize this before you panic and try to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Will you charge us sales tax?
» We will charge 9% sales tax if you reside in the state of Illinois.  This is required by law in the state of Illinois.

Do you accept purchase orders?
» Currently, we don't accept open PO's for single orders. If you have a volume purchase and special needs please contact us.

Can I fax my order in?
» Yes, you can fax your order in to us. Simply download the Fax Order Form, fill out and send  in to us.  Please call to confirm your order and make sure the details are all correct.  Our fax number is 773-244-9668.

What is your return policy and does it vary from product to product?
» Yes, our return policy does vary slightly from product to product.

What is the best way to contact you with a product question or if we have more specific questions? 
 » That's entirely up to you. You can email us directly or call 800-620-7811 or 773-244-1608 (IL).

Do you sell used products or demo equipment?
» 99% of our products are brand new, sealed from the manufacturer, under full warranty and tech support. We do, however, carry some products in our Specials & Clearance section that may be used, refurbished, remanufactured, or demo equipment. These products will be clearly listed as such and you will enjoy deep, deep price discounts on these products.

Do you have a purchase program for academic institutions and businesses that need to purchase equipment in volume?
» Yes, we offer great discounts off our already low pricing. Please call for more information on discounted pricing.

Do you sell or give out my personal information like email or phone number to anyone else?
» No. One Digital Scales has an iron-clad privacy and security policy. We respect your wishes of confidentiality when purchasing and we will not divulge any personal information to any third party under any condition. This includes automatically gathered data such as e-mail address, cookies, and an IP address. It also includes any additional information submitted via an electronic form such as a credit card, name, address, and phone number.
