FAQ's

Do you have a balance that will weigh accurate to .01g, but that has a higher capacity?
A: Yes, we do have a 6,000g x 0.1g that fits your needs.  Our CT Series Precision Balance weighs 3,000g and 6,000g x 0.1g.

For the models with the windshield, will I have top access?
A: Yes, for the 300g and 500g models you will have access from the top and all four sides.

How high or what is the clearance of the windshield?
A: The clearance between the top of the windshield and the weighing platform below is approximately 4 3/4".

Is there a counting feature?
A: Yes, there is a pieces counting feature with this balance.

We need a pharmacy approved Class A balance, will this work?
A: This all depends on the state that you are in and what sort of approval you need (ie. compounding, etc.).  The VB302-300g and 500g are accurate to .01g or "two decimal places" like the state requires. 
However, if you need more accuracy to be on the safe side you can try our ACBPlus 150g x .001g balance or our GF Series balance which will definitely meet the state requirements.
